Over the past ten years, Gary Butler has developed and implemented both mandated and non-mandated drug-free workplace programs for employers of all sizes, including many Fortune 500 companies. Gary has personally managed the implementation of programs for Shell Oil Company, Valero Energy, the Port of Oakland, and ConocoPhillips. His responsibilities included working with new and existing clients to expand the range of Workplace programs and to respond to emerging business opportunities.
